Limitation of Liability
Total comprehensive liability to Operation: Love ReUnited, any person or any business associated or affiliated directly with Operation: Love ReUnited, or any other person participating in or assisting with an Operation: Love ReUnited session for any and all injuries, damages, claims, losses, expenses or claim expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of this session, from any cause or causes, including, but not limited to, negligence, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract, or breach of warranty, is limited to return of any fees the client has paid. Member photographers may volunteer to send image files to Operation: Love ReUnited to be displayed on the Operation: Love ReUnited website (http://www.oplove.org), after obscuring the name of the client should it appear in any photograph as detailed in the attached Privacy Agreement. If displayed, the image will be credited to the photographer who captured it. Operation: Love ReUnited, any person or any business associated directly with Operation: Love ReUnited, or any other person participating in or assisting with an Operation: Love ReUnited session cannot be held liable for any third-party copyright infractions beyond their control; e.g., Operation: Love ReUnited cannot guarantee that images are secure and free from copyright violations. Operation: Love ReUnited will endeavor to ensure that no identifying personal information, such as client surname, is accessible or recoverable from these images. Images used on the website are for advertising and/or marketing purposes only; at no time will the photographer or client be compensated financially for this use.

Policies:
All participating photographers have agreed to the following Operation: Love ReUnited polices:
- To conduct themselves with the utmost business ethics in a professional manner;
- To waive any session fees that they may charge for any other session that they normally would provide, for Operation: Love ReUnited participants.
- To provide the Operation: Love ReUnited program to military families regardless of their rank or branch, upon presentation of valid ID and orders to deploy overseas;
- To keep a patriotic theme during the sessions, whether the deploying Service Member is available or not.
- To schedule and take on Operation: Love ReUnited clients accordingly to their schedule to maintain a professional experience.
Should any member not comply with these policies, or any other requirement or policy of the Operation: Love ReUnited organization, please contact Operation: Love ReUnited Administration so that the situation may be remedied.

Privacy Statement, Data Collection and Purpose Specification
Operation: Love ReUnited and its member photographers collect personal data directly from Operation: Love ReUnited clients in the course of providing these clients with Operation: Love ReUnited services. This personal data may be used for:
- contacting clients regarding final products
- extending future offers and/or gifts
- requesting feedback about the client’s experience with Operation: Love ReUnited
- requesting the client’s permission to use that client as a referral to another client
- resolving any disputes that may arise
If Operation: Love ReUnited or its member photographers wish to use client personal data for purposes other than those listed above, the client must be contacted and asked to consent to those new purposes by sending an email to oplove@oplove.org At no time will Operation: Love ReUnited sell, rent, loan, or share any identifiable information regarding our clients with any third party, including Operation: Love ReUnited subsidiaries. Personal data collected by Operation: Love ReUnited or its member photographers will never be disclosed to unauthorized persons, nor will unauthorized persons be permitted access to personal records. No information about clients is collected from any other source, such as public records or private organizations. Operational Security Operation: Love ReUnited does not reveal, in text, photo, or by any other method, the last names of our clients on publicly accessible media, including our website and the websites of our participating photographers. All client surnames appearing in photos posted to Operation: Love ReUnited are completely obscured or removed in a method which prevents them from being revealed using any known technology. Image filenames will never contain any part of the client’s surname. Proofing galleries made available to clients are considered public, and subject to this restriction, unless said gallery is password protected to restrict viewing to authorized clients. Clients may distribute gallery passwords as desired; photographers may give each password ONLY to client whose photos appear in that gallery, or to people that client indicates in writing may receive them. Department of Defense Disclaimer This disclaimer, in whole and without modification, must be placed on any website or other media where the photos will be publicly accessible, or on the photo if it is published separately: “The photos and other content of this publication do not constitute or imply any endorsement or recommendation by the Department of Defense.” Children's Privacy Operation: Love ReUnited does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Content Use Agreement
Client does not have the right to the commercial sale, transfer or exchange of the images captured during any Operation: Love ReUnited session. The photographed individuals have the right to use the same photographs ONLY for personal, non-commercial purposes. The photographed individuals may not publish, copy or alter the same photograph(s) in whole or in part. Operation: Love ReUnited or its photographers may not use, publish, and republish the same photograph(s) in whole or in part, individually, or in any media now or hereafter, or for any purpose whatsoever EXCEPT for those uses granted explicitly below. Operation: Love ReUnited or its photographers do not have the right to the commercial sale, transfer or exchange of the same photographs except to the individuals whose likeness appears therein.
Permitted Uses:
Operation: Love ReUnited or its photographers may provide the client additional copies of the photographs as requested. Operation: Love ReUnited may use the same photographs in any format to promote Operation: Love ReUnited, or as displayed on the Operation: Love ReUnited website, blog or similar media. Such usage must be accompanied by the following written disclaimer: "The photos and other content of this publication do not imply any endorsement or recommendation by the Department of Defense."
The photographer may use the same photographs in any format as a means of demonstrating his or her photographic work as part of a portfolio, or to promote his or her membership in Operation: Love ReUnited, or as displayed on the individual photographer's website, blog or similar media. This usage must be accompanied by the following written disclaimer: "The photos and other content of this publication do not imply any endorsement or recommendation by the Department of Defense."
The terms of this agreement may be altered by separate written agreement between the photographer and the client. Such an agreement must comply with the Joint Ethics Regulation, DOD 5500.7-R, must be approved by the Operation: Love ReUnited Board of Directors, and may only be entered into at a different date and time from this agreement.
