I really have no other words. She’s just absolutely stunning with her adorable little baby bump! I feel very fortunate to have been chosen to document her pregnancy and I absolutely cannot wait to meet her little man! I’m keeping hope that he’ll be a Valentine’s Day baby, but only he knows when he’ll be ready.

Holly has fast become one of my nearest and dearest friends. Sadly, in just a few days she will have to kiss her husband, Nathan, goodbye and send him off on a year long deployment. If you’re a military family, you know how hard it is to “hold down the fort” in the absence of our service member, but life will and does go on. The night we took these photos was beautiful and we had a lot of fun playing around and even little “S” found mini hermit crabs to entertain us with. The love this family shares comes through in these photos so well. I’m pretty sure my favorite part was sunset, when they caught me off guard and all turned to watch the “sun go to bed”. Sweet, sweet moment! Love these guys!!

PLEASE, be safe Nathan! We’ll miss your mug around here, but I’ll help take care of your girls as best I can in your absence!!

So, the weather in Hawaii lately has been nothing but rain, rain, rain. It made me just a *little* nervous for Stephanie’s session, when usually I’m not. See, just because it’s raining at my house doesn’t mean it’s raining in Ko’Olina…in fact, it’s usually never raining there. But when I got to the gate, it was raining. Luck was on our side though, because the rain stayed away from the lagoons.

Isn’t she gorgeous?

I still can’t believe how fast a year flies by. It really doesn’t seem like it was more than a year ago that I met Christopher’s mommy & daddy for her maternity session. Throughout the year we’ve had plenty of fun times! Now, he’s already ONE! Crazy! Wasn’t he just born??

I have enjoyed every, single session with this beautiful little boy (and his mommy!)

By now if you don’t know who Maddox is…then you don’t read my blog or follow me on Facebook! I met his mommy around June of 2010, and she has fast become one of my favorite people and an awesome friend! You may remember watching her tummy grow with her pregnancy, or her family’s photos on the beach last Christmas.

Well, this year, we did them again, with Maddox now here! The sky that night…left me speechless. It was/is seriously stunning, and I LOVE these photos even more!!
