Yes…he’s mine. Okay, so I didn’t carry him, or birth him & maybe he doesn’t live with me either…but he’s still My Maddox!! I’m sure you remember him! His momma & I captured her pregnancy every 10 weeks until he was born. Then he decided to throw us, and had to be cut out of mommy…but he was such a love bug for his newborn session. Now he’s SOOO big at almost 10 months old…trying to walk and crawling all over the place! He’s so handsome! I just love him to pieces!

However, I am fairly certain when he’s about 16…he’s gonna HATE me for these photos!

He cracks me up in these two pics!! Such a ham!!

And he’s just growing like a weed! I swear it was just last week he was born….right? Okay, well now he’s crawling. Growing up so fast & he’s so handsome!

You should recognize this handsome little man! Christopher has been making an appearance on the blog since before he was even born! I just love him to pieces! He’s almost eight months old now, and SUCH a little chunker! He reminds me so much of my son at that age…all rolls and baby fat…and just stinkin’ adorable! He has the most adorable laugh too, and I loved hearing him giggle!

Slow down baby boy! You’re growing up too fast!!

Happy, Adorable, Sweet, Precious, GORGEOUS!! I can go on and on….you may remember Hadley’s Newborn Session…she was a TEENY-TINY little thing, coming a month early, and not even letting her mommy and I finalized “tummy pics”. She’s almost 4 months old now, and just ADORABLE! She has stolen my heart for sure, with her sweet smile, talking to me, and big blue eyes! I told daddy I’d keep her….he said no. Darn!

In my opinion, there is no greater joy in the world, than being a mother. Knowing that I am personally responsible for another little person, and helping to guide them into and through the world…there isn’t anything else in the world that I take more seriously than my job as a mother. Now bear with me…you made need a tissue…

This mommy has added to that dedication and is making the ultimate sacrifice of serving, dedicating herself to making sure that her babies continue to live a free and peaceful life in our beautiful country. In making that dedication, she will be leaving them for a period of time to serve in a far away land. This is where I have nothing by the utmost respect and admiration for her. I have watched my husband leave for months on end and have felt the pain in my heart for my children as they watch him go…but I don’t know that I could actually “put on the boots” and leave them when my country called.

“S” you are my hero! Be safe and come home soon!
