Finally tie the knot!! If you’re a faithful blog-stalker, then you have seen this adorable couple a few times over the last year. From our “blown away” try at an engagement session in Pensacola, to their adorable retry at the family rice fields, to her GORGEOUS bridal session at TAMU…to finally at this day! Their wedding day has to be one of the most beautiful that I have had the honor to be a part of. Sara and Doug and their entire families are some of the most welcoming people I have ever met. The night was simply perfect, and I know that the rest of their life together will be the same. Good luck to you both, and I hope our Navy paths cross again (SOON!). Enjoy your sneak peek! We took Sara’s bridals on the A&M campus….and BURRRR….it was a COLD day! But she was a trooper and we managed to get some GREAT shots considering the high was MAYBE 55. Even though I am a Longhorn fan at heart, I still felt the pride, tradition and honor of that school. Ack! Hook ‘em Horns!! LOL

BJ & Jennifer had to have had the most perfectly beautiful wedding day on Saturday. The ceremony took place at Second Baptist – Woodway followed by a GORGEOUS reception at The Alden on their beautiful veranda. Talk about a photographers dream. The natural lighting was just perfect as was the attention to detail that Jennifer put into their special day.

Now, I may have had some blinders on, because BJ is my little brother, but honestly, this really was one of the most perfect wedding days I have ever had the honor to photograph. As you can probably imagine, I have a TON of favorites, but I really tried to narrow it down. I hope you guys are having a FANTASTIC time in Hawaii, and I can’t wait to see you when you get back! XOXOX

They don’t get much better than this. Hot, muggy, sticky, nasty Houston afternoon….and she still manages to be radiant! Don’t we all wish that we could be that lucky! I had a blast yesterday dragging my soon-to-be sister-in-law around town to capture her bridal portraits. Of course, she’s beautiful, so that makes it a very easy “job”. BIG thanks to Carolyn and Todd for tagging along and making it that much more memorable for Jenn!
