I really have no other words. She’s just absolutely stunning with her adorable little baby bump! I feel very fortunate to have been chosen to document her pregnancy and I absolutely cannot wait to meet her little man! I’m keeping hope that he’ll be a Valentine’s Day baby, but only he knows when he’ll be ready.

Enjoy your last month Amita! I enjoyed meeting you, your husband and your mother! See you soon!

Beautiful Stephanie | Hawaii Maternity Photography

So, the weather in Hawaii lately has been nothing but rain, rain, rain. It made me just a *little* nervous for Stephanie’s session, when usually I’m not. See, just because it’s raining at my house doesn’t mean it’s raining in Ko’Olina…in fact, it’s usually never raining there. But when I got to the gate, it was raining. Luck was on our side though, because the rain stayed away from the lagoons.

Isn’t she gorgeous?

Technical Difficulties | Hawaii Maternity Photography

During the past week, my router has been on the fritz…unfortunately, that has meant that I have not been able to update my blog or post recent sessions (and I have VERY wonderful & understanding clients). This has also meant that my office phone goes in an out. So, if you have called, and got the “dreaded”…This Number Is Not In Service…have no fear. It’s just been a technical difficulty! Everything should be kosher now!

Here is the gorgeous Krystal and her hubby at the wildly popular Ko’Olina Lagoons. I can’t wait to meet their baby boy! I know he’s going to be just as beautiful as they are!

Meet Cathy and her handsome men. We met out a Ko’Olina for her maternity session…a favorite place on the island for sessions. I was telling them all about the last time I was there and the waves were insanely high. I should have just kept my mouth shut, because not ten minutes later…you guessed it…HUGE swells began rolling in on us. Me and my big mouth! But we were able to avoid them and still capture some beautiful moments of her pregnancy. Isn’t she adaorable?!?

And no…I’m not talking about the swells of pregnancy. For the first time since I have lived here, and shot out at Ko’Olina, I witnessed waves that were close to the size of North Shore waves…easily 6-7 feet before they’d break and wash all the way up to the greenery that surrounds the cove. It was crazy, frightening…and fun too! Beautiful Susan and her hubby probably thought I was a little crazy when they saw the waves, but we made the most of it and even stuck it out to catch a simply stunning sunset!

Congratulations Susan & Paul! I can’t wait to find out what you’ve had!

Susan had this idea to commemorate her pregnancy, and the surprise of waiting until birth to find out what they’re having! So cute!!
