Out of all the countless births that I have had the honor of being present for, only 2 have ended in a cesarian section…and Maddox was number 2. While we were all disappointed to see it go that route, it was what was best for Maddox as he had his cord wrapped around his neck and wouldn’t descend. After everything was said and done, mommy and Maddox were just fine, and it was a beautiful day to have a baby!
